How to make Bambino recipe|| Semiya upma || vermicelli upma recipe

 Bambino is a quick breakfast recipe. Bambino is famous in South Indian and it's also known as semiya upma or vermicelli. The bambino can be prepared by adding veggie or can serve as a sweet dish. Each one has a different way of making a Bambino recipe. 

In this Bambino recipe, I am using veggie and this is very easy to make and serve as breakfast or in a lunch box. 

If you are running with an idea of what to make in breakfast at that time you can make  Bambino and enjoy it and bambino is good for health even. You can even add bambino to your are diet plan.

Now let's see How to make Bambino / semiya upma step by step:

 Step 1: Firstly take a pan/ Kada add 1 cup Bambino, add 1tsp ghee short for a min.

( take out in a plate)

Step 2: Then take another Kada to add 1tsp oil heat it, then add a few mustard seeds, add a few coriander leaves, add 1 chopped onion fry till the color turns golden brown.

Step 3: Then add 1 chopped tomato, add salt as per taste mix all, and cook till tomatoes are smooth.

Step 4: Then add 1 package of Maggie masala mix it then adds a few chopped veggies like carrots and capsicum cook for 5 min.

Step 5: Then add 2 cups of water, water it heats add roasted bambino mix it 

(Cook till water is some maximize 5min)

If you find little water then off the flame and cover the pan with a lid and let it be for 10min 

After that instant Bambino is ready and sprinkles some Coriander on top.

At least it's ready to serve it!!
