Meal Maker is also called soya Bean. It has high protein and minerals. It is good for health. It is 💯 pure veg. The meal maker curry can be eaten at lunch and also at dinner.
The meal maker can be prepared in many ways like fry meal maker, meal maker curry and if we are making any different curry we can add few meal maker to that. The meal maker makes a curry very tasty.
Mostly the people who are vegetarian for them protein is important they can eat meal maker it is a different kind of food.
I am going to share my own recipe for MEAL MAKER curry. Do all try this recipe.
Way to enjoy the MEAL MAKER curry
The meal maker curry can be eaten with roti or curry but according to me the perfect combination is with roti, it gives a perfect taste with roti.
Method to make the curry
Take the 250-gram meal maker, sock the meal maker for half-hours. After that take out the meal maker from the waster.
After that take a 50 gm sock meal maker and grind it in a mixer.

After that take a 50 gm kaju and grind it in a mixer and take a small bole keep that mixture, again take a 50 gm curd and grind it.

After that take 12 to 13 onions and chop them.
Now let us make a masala for the curry
Take a bowl add 2 tbsp of read chilly power, 1 tbsp of curcumin powder, 1 tbsp of cumin powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder and add pin of food color and mix all .
Then take a plate keep all the ingredient with is shown in the below images.
After that take a deep fry pan heat that pan add one tbsp of oil after that add more than half the onion to that fry those onions till it turns to golden brown color.
After it turns to golden brown color take out the fry onion, then add half tbsp of oil then do fry the sock meal maker, fry the meal maker till it turns brown.
Then take a plate keep all the ingredient with is shown in the below images.

Then that add 1 tbsp of oil and ghee to the pan and add all the ingredients which are shown in the above 8th image, then add leftover onion to that and fry it. after those onions, fry add ginger, garlic paste.
After that add the masala which we have made, and mix and cook well.
After that add Kaju and curd past and again mixed all things well.
Then add grind meal maker to that and mixed it.
After mixing add fry meal maker to it and mixed well and also add salt as per your taste.
Then add 3 glass of water to it
And cover the pan and let it boil for 5 to 10 min.
