 Chocolate cake is a most loved Cake among all people it may be elders or a kid's there is no age group that dont love to have it. We make think it very different to make a chocolate cake at home but to be frank it is easy as well to make a cake at home.

The basically we need the correct proportion or quenty to make beak the cake. As New year is on track so without having sweet or cake the year can't begin.

This is my second recipe of sharing chocolate cake this cake also can make very easily at home perhaps all the ingredients are available at home.

Now let's see How to make Chocolate cake step by step:

Step 1: Firstly take a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup curd , add 1/2 cup refined oil mix it well by using hand whisk for 2 to 3 min

Step 2: Then take a strainer , add 1 cup of refine flour ( Maida), add 2/3 cup sugar, add 1/4 cup coco powder, add 1 TSP backing powder, add 1/2 TSP backing soda, add 1 TSP coffee powder do strain all in that mixing bowl.

Step 3: After that mix all well, then add 1/4 cup milk mix it again add 1/4 cup milk again mix it well.

( Mix it only for 8 to 10 mim and make a nice batter consistency)

Step 4: Now take a steel round shape bowl gress it with oil, and sprinkle some coco powder, then add cake batter and set it .

( See that they should not be any bubbles )

Step 5: Take a big add add 1 packed or 1/2 packet salt and heat it for 10 min, then place the stand on that place a cake teen then cover the pan  and cook in low flames for 40 min.

After 40 min you can see that cake is backed , used toothpick for checking whether it's backed or not, if you think it didn't back ,then back for another 5 min in low flame only.

Step 6: Then let it cool it then take out the cake for the contener ( by flipping the cake container to another side)

For Cooking it will take 2 hours maximum, do cool in room temperature only.

Step 7: Now take a tread with help of that cut the cake from middle and make a 2 superated layer and place them in a plate.

Step 8: Take a 2 TSP sugar syrup and sprinkle in top.

For making chocolate cream:

Used the double bowler, add 1/2 cup fresh cream ,add 1 cup Chocolate stire it for 1 to 2 min then add 1 TSP butter, used hand whisk to mix all.

At last chocolate cream is ready.

Step 9: Apply on one layer chocolate cream then add on top another layer again on top add the chocolate cream well from add the sides.

Step 10: For the decoration sprinkle on top some chocolate chip.

Then the Chocolate cake is ready to eat or serve it!!
