Mirchi Bajji or Mirchi Bada is a spicy Indian snacks consisting of chili and gram flour and rice flour, served hot with tomato sauce occasionally with mint chutney and top some sprinkle black papper on top. The baji is a snack which most of the people love to have it.
When I go out I have a mrichi bajji as a light snack and not only I most of the Indian people do it. The mrichi baji is also serve with Masala Tea or regular tea or coffee at evening. Usually no condiment like a chutney is served because they are hot on their own and it just like to have it!!
In north Karnataka region, these are ser4ved with PUFFED RICE UOMA called as mandakki oggarna also called as borugula upma (uggani) in Andhra. In Andhra Pradesh or in Telangana if there is an marriage they keep mrichi bajji as a side dish with rice.
The Mirchi Bajji , Manchurian, Momos, Noodles, Aloo Tikki etc. There all are street food , basically all of them to have it. Not always but sometime street foods are good than a restaurants food because in the fresh air having hot-hot food and a bit spicy one in a cold weather really it get so relax and the enjoyment of food.

The Mirchi Baji can make at home and it basically required a less item's to prepare the dish.
Now let's see how to make Mirchi Bajji step by step:
Step 1: Take a long mirchi, then slip chili and remove the seeds and clean the chilli.
Step 2: Take a mixture bowl add gram flour 2 cup, add 1/4th cup rice flour, add 1/4 turmeric powder, add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder ,add 1/4 tbsp ajwain ,add 1/2 tbsp salt mix well and make a fine paste.
(By adding little little water and used half cup water and see that they should be No lumbe and the batter should be thick)
Step 3: Add 1/4 tbsp baking soda mix well
Step 4: Then dip the chili in the batter.
Step 5: Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it then deep fry them till color turn into light brown (medium flame)
Do the same process for let over chili.
Step 6: Then place it in a plate
The Baji is ready!!
Let's make filling
Step 7: Take a bowl add 1 finely chopped onion, add 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, add 1/2 tbsp read chili,add 1/2 tbsp chaat masala, add 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, add 1/2 tbsp salt, add 1/2 cup chopped carrot ,add 1 tbsp lemon juice mix well.
Onion filling is ready!!
Step 8: Then open in center of fry chili
Step 9: Add the onion stuffing inside it
Step 10: Then on top sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves on top
At last the yummy mirchi baji is ready to serve it!!
Mirchi Bajji
After frying the Mirchi Bajji on top you can sprinkle some finely copped onion and coriander leaves and sprinkle some black papper and can serve it with Masala tea or Tomato sauce.
