Manchurian

 A Manchurian have a lot of variety like panner /vegetable etc, bust basically people go with veg and panner Manchurian. As manchurian is a chinese food, basically the manchurian dish is go with the combination with Noodles and Fried rice. This is the basic food it all the occasional. Mostly people prefer this dish and this dish is very much favourite to kids , youngsters, adult.

The Manchurian is a spicy brown ball, it is basically made with of maida. The veg manchurian is mostly deep fried in the restaurant that why it will be crispy. Even we can make the crispy veg manchurian at home same like restaurant style.

In the Manchurian  the sauce play an important role. The manchurian balls tossed in tangy sauce with mix of light and dark soya sauce. The sauce became very popular in the vegetarians.

Well making the veg manchurian at home is easily and we can me same like restaurant style.




Now lets see the recipe of Veg Manchurian step by step.

First let's make the Manchurian ball for that we required the vegetable should be finely chopped.

Step 1:  Take 1 cup chopped cabbage, 1 cup chopped beans, 1 cup chopped cauliflower and  1/4 cup carrot.

Step 2: Take a bowl add all chopped vegetables  to it, then add 1/4 cup spring onion, half cup  maida, add 4 tbsp cornflour, add 1  tbsp baking powder, add 1 tbsp green  chilli paste, add one 1 1/2 tbsp salt then  mixed everything well.( wile mixing add little little water also )

Step 3:  After mixing well make a ball with help  of palm.

Step 4: After making it keep in frige for a 1/2 hour.

Step 5: Then take a pan heat the oil  and then do deep fry of those balls, in a low flame.( be careful if balls are not fry it may  break it )

Step 6: After fry take out the balls from the pan

Now lets see how make the sauce 

Step 7: Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil( any type) heat  the oil after heating add 2 tbsp chopped  garlic , add 2  tbsp chopped ginger, add 1 tbsp chopped chilli, fry lightly for 30   sec.

Step 8: Then add 2 tbsp coriander leave fry it  again then after fry off the flame .

Step 9: Then add 3 tbsp soya sauce, add 1/2 tbsp  black papper, add 1/2 tbsp sugger, add salt as per the taste mixed it all

Step 10: Then on the flame cook it for few min,  then add 2 1/2 cup vegetable stock or  plan water let it boil.

Step 11: Then make cornflour batter add to it  and let the boiled the sauce.

Step 12 : After boiling add fry Manchurian in  the sauce, then boiled for 1 min in high flame. ( Do check the salt )

Step 13 : Add 1/2 spring onion mixed it, then add 1 tbsp vinegar, then off the flame.

Now delicious Manchurian is ready to serve it!!



For making the vegetable stock:

Take 1/4 cup cabbage, 1/4 cup cauliflower,1/4 cup carrot ,  chopped small onion and  chopped 2 to 3 beans add all in bowl then add 3 cup of water then boiled that water for 5 min then strain the water.
That water is only a vegetable stock.

For making the cornflour batter:

Take 3 tbsp cornflour powder add 1 cup water mixed it, the cornflour batter is ready.
