Coconut Chutney is a South Indian side dish and in Hindi it's known as Nariyal chutney. The condiments is made with coconut plup group with others ingredients. The coconut chutney mainly prepaid in breakfast while having idli, dosa, vada etc.

Few people like to have coconut chutney even with Upma, sabudana khichdi also. It all depends on you are how we like to enjoy the food.
Well as we all know that they are many recipe of chutney but the Coconut Chutney is only the king of all. Perhaps popularity of the South Indian breakfast is famous in all around but having idli, vada and Masoom bachi with coconut chutney give a yummy taste of the food.
The step which I have share there are not completed and can be prepared very easily at home perhaps all are ingredients are available at home, to be Frank this coconut chutney is more tasty than a any resturant coconut chutney and it is very easy to an simple to make it!!
Coconut Chutney
Now let's jump how to make Coconut Chutney/ Nariyal chutney step by step:
Equipment Required:
• Pan
• Big spoons
• Plate
• Mixer grinder
Ingredients Required:
° 3 tsp cud
° 1 coconut
° 3 tsp ghee
° 1 tsp mustered seeds
° 4-5 whole red chili
° 1 fitstful kadi leaves
° 1 fitstful coriander
° salt as per taste
Method :
Step 1: Firstly, break the coconut and remove the skin completely and cut into small pieces
Step 2: Then in a mixey add cut coconut, add 1 fitstful coriander, add salt as per taste, add 3 TSP curd then grined all . Make a thick paste.
( Add water if you want more liquidity consistency)
Step 3: Take a pan then add 3 tsp ghee ,add 4-5 whole red chilli, add 1 fitstful kadi leaves.
(Cook for 2-3 min or till you get a nice aroma ghee)
Step 4: Then add this to the chutney paste and mix well.
At last the Nariyal chutney is ready!!
