Masala Dosa is one of the most famous South Indian dish , which is serve in breakfast. The dosa is like by everyone because it is very crispy. The dosa is of many type like Masala dosa, Plain dosa, Butter paneer or cheese dosa, pizza dosa , but mostly people like the Masala Dosa because it required less ingredients and all so it required time to prepaid this dish.
In the south Indian mostly during the breakfast they eat Dosa , and the dosa can be eaten anytime in a day. The college student and the people who are working in the office they prefer mostly the Dosa for the breakfast or after the college your.
Mostly Indian householder make dosa at home . Making a home style dosa is super simple and it will be supper tasty . you don't even required the sambar or a chutney because the potato masala itself is enough for it.
So, Making the masala dosa is very easy.
Let me share small tips and trick to make the masala dosa do follow those tips and trick , so that the homemade dosa can be taste like a restaurant dosa style.

For making the BATTER
Rice 3 bowl (250 gm), urad dal 1 bowl (75 gm) , from seeds 1tbsp . we required them to make the batter.
For making the MASALA POTATO
2 big boiled potato, 1 small chopped onion, 3 chopped green chili, 1 tsp ginger paste , 7 to 8 coriander leave, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 red chili powder,1/4 salt, 4 tbsp oil.
METHOD
To make the batter:
Waste the rice first well then again add from seeds to urda dal wash then well and though the wasted water.
Then add fresh water to them and let them rest for a 3 hours.

METHOD
To make the batter:

After 3 hour you can see the rice and urad dal become soft, then grind rice and urad dal both together in the mixture grinder. we need to make a very fine paste of those.Then leave that batter for 5 hours so that batter become ferment .
Then add little water to it and adjust the batter consistency,after that you can see that dosa batter will be ready perfectly.
To make masala potato curry:
Take a pan add oil to it and let the oil heat it, after the oil heat add mustard seeds, then add ginger , chopped chili and add together well.
After 5 hours batter will be ready

After that add chopped onion and cook till it is light brown color, then add corionder leaf mixed them well.
Then add boiled potato to it don't mash more the potato, then add 1 small tbsp salt,1/2 tbsp of turmaric powder,1/2 tbsp of red chili powder mixed all well.
Then cook for 2 min in a low flame .
After 2 min the potato curry will be ready , close your flame.
Now lets make the Dosa:
Take a pan heat the pan well, then after that sprinkle the water to it then take a tissue paper and wipe the surface of the pan.
Then take a medium size round spon and take the batter and do the round and round in the pan, keep in mind that don't press more wile doing the round.
Then keep the stove flame medium and add little little oil side to that.
when it is cook add 2 tbsp of potato masala to it and spread it well, wait till it be little bit brown color
Then fold the Dosa from 2 side.
Well at last Masala Dosa is ready.

Do the same process for making the dosa with left over batter.
