Upma

 Upma should be go to breakfast meal . The upma is a dish which help you to lose weight. The boiled of upma have fibre , vitamin and the vegetables which is basically good for health. The upma even can eaten in lunch.

The upma is prepared by using semolina and it is full of iron. In suji upma have High Protein and fibre which gives energy to our body. If people sick for them upma will help to fill the stomach fully. The suji upma can be eaten with coconut chutney or only upma. 

Apart from this suji is good source of iron and magnesium. Which help in support of read blood cell production of healthy heart.

This suji upma is very wonderful dish for our body to eat food healthy.

Basically this food can be prepared at home, as like restaurant styles. Mostly it better to eat healthy home food, which is good for health as well.




Now let's see how to make suji upma step by step

Step 1 : Take a pan heat the pan then add 1 cup suji ,let it roasted for 2 min. ( In medium flame)

Step 2 :  After roasting keep it in a bowl

Step 3 : Take a pan add oil 2 tbsp heat that oil, then add 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds,add 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, fry for 1 sec then add 1/2 tbsp of urad dal,add 1/2 tbsp chana dal then mixed all and roast for 2 min. ( In a medium flame)

Step 4 : Then add 1/2 cup groundnut  ,add some kaju then roast all.

Step 5: After roasting add curry leaves, add 1/2 cup onion,1/2 carrot and 2 to 3 chopped chilli, 1/2 cup tomato, then roasted them.

Step 6 : After roasting add salt as per taste, add 1/2 tbsp red chilli Powder.

For measuring the water used same cup which cup is used for measuring the suji.

Step 7 : Add 2 1/2 cup water then let it boiled.

Step 8: After boiling add roasted suji and mixed it. 

Step 9 : let it cook for 2 min in a low flame.

For the garnishing  sprinkle coriander leaves.

At last yummy upma is ready to serve hotly.
