Butter Paneer Masala curry is a North Indian dish which is very delicious dish and which is made with Paneer and added some spices and added some butter to make the dish perfect.
Mostly this dish is a common dish which is prepared in every occasion because it's love by everyone and more delight dish. The paneer butter or butter Paneer can have with Naan or even with fulka roti.

Well when we invite guess to home at that time we need to prepaid many dish, but Paneer dish will be a compulsory dish because everyone love Paneer. We can make many dish with help of paneer like paneer pakoda, paneer briyani etc. The paneer dish can have in lunch and dinner. It's basically a main course.

Now let's see how to make Butter Paneer Masala or Panner Butter Masala step by step:
Step 1: First let make a Gravy
Step 2: Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil,add 1 kg chopped tomato,add 3 bay leaves, add 3 dry read chili,add 2 cinnamon sticks,add 2 green chilli,add 5-6 green cardamom,add 1 tbsp garlic paste,add 1/2 cup cashews nuts,add 1 cup water mix well and cook for 15 to 20 min.
The mixture will be ready for grind.
Step 3: Then grind mixture to a fine paste.
Step 4: Now take a pan add 4 to 5 tbsp butter,add 1 tbsp oil saute it , then add slit green chili 4,add 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste saute it.
Step 5: Then add 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder, add the grind Gravy cook for 5 min and stir in medium flame.
Step 6: Add 2 tbsp salt mix it then add paneer cubes 600 gm mix it.
Step 7: Do cook for 5-7 min and stir occasionally then add 1 tbsp Fenugreek powder,add 1/2 tbsp garam masala,add 1 tbsp sugar mix it then add 1/2 cup cream again mix it gently.
And top of it sprinkle some coriander leaves.
