Paneer biryani | How to make paneer biryani | Paneer biryani in pressure cooker

 Paneer is a food which is like by everyone with the help of paneer we can make different type of dish like Paneer briyani, Paneer tikka, Paneer butter masala etc. they are many dish are available, but making those dish at home in restaurants  style. We think it's bit difficult but u know the secret what, we can even made those dish at home same like restaurants style and it will be good for our health.

Especially kid's like to have different dish of paneer at the same time even the adult also because we are human being our taste and preference will change day by day not only in food but also in wearing cloth, using luxurious thing etc.

So, when we talk about the paneer biryani is made up with rice and added some spices and add some paneer cubes it's a mild and delicately dish. This dish most popular in vegetarian people as the same time in non- vegetarian people. 




Well after we make this we think about only paneer biryani is serving is look like something bored but is not like that you  can serve paneer biryani with raita like onion- tomato raita or cucumber raita or gravy . you can also serve with sliced onion-lime or onion-tomato-cucumber salad.

Now lets jumped into the recipe of  Paneer biryani step by step

I am making the Paneer biryani in pressure cooker because we can make very easily in that!!

Step 1: Take a mixture grinder jar in that add few mint leaves add few coriander leaves,add 5 garlic cloves, 2 smalled chopped ginger,add 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds, add 2 tbsp of curd then grind to a paste and keep a side.

Step 2:Take a pan add 1/2 tbsp of ghee,add 200 gram paneer ( cut in cube shape ) fry till it turn to golden brown , after frying keep a side.

Step 3: Now take a cooker add 2 tbsp oil, add 1 cinnamon stick, add 1 cardamon,add 2 cloves,add 10-14 cashews saute it then add 1 chopped onion,add 2 chopped green chili saute well.

Step 4: Then add 1 cup chopped tomato, add ground paste saute till tomato turns  soft, after that add 3/4 tbsp red chili powder,add 3/4 coriander powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 pin turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp salt ( or as per taste ) saute well.

Step 5: Then add 1 cup soaked basmati rice then mix gently, then add 1 1/2 cup water and also fried paneer mix gently( check the salt and add )

soaked the rice for 30 min 1 cup approx 200 grams

Step 6: Now cook for 1 whistle in low flame

After that you can see the Paneer Biryani ready to serve!!
