Malpua recipe - step by step
Malpura is also known as sweet pua pitha it's a Bengali sweet dish. It is popular in West Bengal, Assam and Odisha. In Sankranti festivals, this is the most popular dish. Every bengali will prepare that dish on that day.
In Sankranti, each culture make different varieties of a dish like Til-gul laddoos are prepared and distributed among neighbours and relative in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh there prepaid urad dal ladoo etc.
They prepared those sweet followed by some snacks dish in every culture. Same as that the Malpura is prepared or some pitha ( Like momos).

Malpura is a sweet dish that is mostly prepaid during the Sankranti festival and it's made with Maida (white flour) by following adding semolina and sugar.

Tips and tricks:
- Used the same measuring cup for measuring maida, semolina
- Make a fine batter
- At the time of making batter see that the consistency should not be too thick nor be a too-thin layer.
- Mixed the batter well at least for 20 min.

Ingredients required:
- 2 Cups maida
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- Salt
- Oil
Now let's see how to make Malpura recipe Step by step:
Step 1: First take a bowl to add 2 cups of maida
Step 2: Then add 1 cup of semolina, add 1 cup of sugar, salt as per taste mix all
Step 3: Make a fine batter by using water
(See that they should not be any lumps)
Step 4: Rest for 15 min
Step 5: After 15 min mix again
Step 6: Now take a pan add oil heat it, then take 1 round tablespoons of batter and place it in an oil
Step 7: After one side us fry flip it and fry another side even
Do the same process for remaining batter even.
At last, Malpua is ready to serve it!!
