Daliya is one of the healthy food among all. The daliya is also spelt as Dalia and it's popularly known as Broken Wheat / Bulgur Wheat.
The daily contain out bran which makes it dietary fibre. High fibre is good for health. Fibre is also known as roughage it is part of plant-based food. In Daliya/ Dalia there are a lot of benefits mainly rich in fibre, protein. In our daily life, it should be a completed meal for our body.
The daily meal plays many roles, it keeps our digestive system healthy and boosts our energy level. If your planning for a diet then you must add Dalia to your diet chat.
The Daliya is served even to small kids as they can't chew other food. They are many recipes of Daliya like Daliya curd rice, Daliya khichdi, Daliya pakoda and Daliya cutlets etc.
The Daliya Khichdi is the most famous another dish dish of daily. Very shortly I will share that recipe also.
Now I am sharing only Daliya/ Dalia cutlets recipe.

Daliya/ Dalia cutlets is a dish that is made of Dalia follow by adding some spices which are easily available in your home kitchen.
Well, the people to eat dalia every day they may be a bore of making the same type of dish every day. So, you can try this crispy Dalia cutlet and have it during the evening time with Masala Tea or if you are serving to kid, you can serve with tomato sauce.
But Dalia cutlet tastes only delicious. This cutlet even you can use as your Burger Based and on top you can add some green veggies and some homemade chutney. Like that the healthy homemade Burger will be ready.

Ingredients required:
- 4 green chillies
- Sweet corns
- 2 Boiled potato
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp grama masala powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Few coriander leave
- Salt as per taste
- Oil
Now let's see How to make Daliya/ Dalia cutlet step by step:
Step 1: Firstly, grind few green chillies and few sweet corns.
Step 2: Now take two boiled potato mash them and the sweet corns paste, add fully sock and dry daliya, add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder.
Step 3: Add 2 tbsp coriander powder, add 1/2 tbsp black paper powder, add 1 tbsp gram masala powder, add 1 tbsp lemon juice, add 1/2 cup bread crumbs, add few coriander leaves, add 1 tbsp ginger paste and add salt as per taste.
Now mix all well (used hand for mixing)
Step 4: After mixing grass pam with oil then start making the cutlets balls.
Step 5: At the time of making balls press from 4 sides a little bit by little and from the top also.
Do the same process for making all the cutlets balls.
Step 6: Then take a pan to add 2 to 3 tbsp oil heat it the fry the cutlets.
( fry one side till one min then flip it then fry another side also 1 min)
At last, the crispy fry cutlet is ready to serve it.
