Beetroot recipe
Beetroot is one of the healthy vegetables which is good for health. Beetroot doesn't have any kind of side effect for people. It's a safe and healthy vegetable.
Most people who are going to the gym add beetroot to their diet chat. With help of beetroot, many varieties of dishes can be prepared and beetroot colour is a red colour with purple tinges that colour is very much natural it doesn't affect our skin by getting any rashes and save for body as well for skin also.
The recipe of beetroots like beetroot fry, beetroot rice, beetroot juice, beetroot roti, puri and chapati, beetroot curry and last but not least beetroot salad.
I am sharing one of the beetroot recipes
Beetroot fry recipe step by step:
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 green chilli
- Beetroot 3
- Curry leaves 1/2 cup
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds powder
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
- Salt as per taste
Step 2: Next, take a pan to add 2 tbsp oil heat it, then add mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp, add 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, add chopped onion, add 2 chopped green chilli mix and fry them.
(Fry for a min)
Step 3: while frying adds a few curry leaves and stir it.
Step 4: Add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, add 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste mix and fry for 1 min.
Step 5: Then add grated beetroot mix it.
(Cover and cook for 8 to 10 min in low flame)
Step 6: After 10 min add 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds powder, add salt as per taste mix well.
( Cook for 5 min in low flame)
Step 7: After it cooked sprinkle few coriander leaves.

Well, most of the kids don't like to have beetroot because they like crispy things but when you make this beetroot fry they loved it and they will say to make it again and again.
You can even pack the beetroot fry into the kid's lunch book and also for the office even.

Beetroot rice recipe Indian style
Beetroot rice is also quick and easy recipe like beetroot fry only. This rice is made by adding spices and soak basmati rice.
This beetroot rice can be served during lunch or at dinner by a side dish with beetroot fry.
Now let's see How to make beetroot rice step by step:
Step 1: Take 300 gm soak basmati rice
Step 2: Now take a pan to add 2 tbsp oil, add 1 bay leaf, add 2 cinnamon stick, add 4 cardamon, add 1 mace flower, add 3 cloves, add 1/4 tbsp fennel seeds, add 1/4 tbsp peppercorn mix it.
Step 3: Then add 1 chopped onion, add 3 green chillies, add a few green peace, add salt as per taste mix and cook for a min.
Step 4: Then add 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste mix and cook for 1 min.
Step 5: After it cooks add 300 gm chopped beetroot saute for 3 min.
Step 6: Then add 1 cup of soaked rice, add 1 1/4 cup of water, add few mint leaves, add 1 tbsp ghee mix it and cook.
(Cook till it starts to bubble and see that all rice are cooked we'll and water completed should soak it)
Step 7: After it cooks sprinkle some roasted Kaju on top.
At last delightful beetroot, rice is ready to serve it!!
