Masala rice is a rice which is made with by adding some basic vegetables and some spicies with that Masala Rice is prepared.
If there is left over rice don't through them used them and make the Masala Rice. If you have time make the rice at night and prepaid the masala rice next day morning. If you do like this the rice will be smooth and soft ,if you don't have them then prepared masala rice by using boiled rice.

Now let's see How to make Masala Rice Step by step:
Step 1: Take a pan add ,add 1 tsp oil, add 1 TSP ghee,add 1 finely chopped onion,add chopped green chili 2 saute well (in medium flame)
Also add salt to soft the onion fast
Step 2: After that add 1 finely chopped 1 small carrot, add 1/4 cup frozen green peas . Saute till get soft in a medium flame.
( Also can add Beans also)
Step 3: Also add 1 chopped tomatoes, cove the pan and cook for 2 to 3 min on medium flame.
You can see that the vegetables become soft
Step 4: Then on that add 1 TSP turmeric powder, add 1 TSP chili powder, add coriander powder 1 TSP, add Garam masala 1/2 TSP , add cumin powder 1/2 TSP saute all masala for 2 min , add salt as per taste mix well all.
Step 5: Then add boiled rice 1 cup combined well with all masala and vegetables also add pepper powder 1/2 TSP, add some coriander leaves mix well and cook for 1 min in low flames
( Adjust salt as per your taste)
