Macaroni recipe


Macaroni is a variety of pasta. we can say it is substituted for pasta. The macaroni is mainly dry pasta shaped like narrow tubes. With the help of that pasta, we can make our pasta recipe. well, each people have a different way of making pasta but it's important to make healthy macaroni.

Today I am going to share the macaroni recipe is a tasty pasta recipe in Indian style. 

Weather whatever recipe maybe I always try to add some vegetables and make them healthy as we know that Chinese food is loved by every kid and they are some kids who don't like vegetables to in this manner we can add some veggies and serve them.

Well, I have used common veggies like carrots and capsicum you can even add some different veggies and make Macaroni pasta yummier.

I have also written a post on white sauce pasta and normal pasta as well do try that recipe and enjoy it with friends and family members.

Ingredients required: 
 
  • Water
  • 2 cup pasta
  • oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1/2 chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbsp red chill powder
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomato
  • 1/4 tbsp pepper
  • few chopped coriander leaves

Method :

Step 1: Firstly, take a bowl add water, and boil it, and to that also add salt.
( After it gets boiled add 2 cups of pasta and cook approx 10 min)

Step 2: After it cooks drain the water and keep it aside

Step 3: Now take a pan add 2 tbsp oil, let heat it

Step 4: After oil gets heated to that add 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger, add 1 tbsp of garlic, 1 tbsp green chilli. Stir them well.

Step 5: when ginger raw smell vanishes and garlic and chilli is cooked then add 2 finely chopped onions and saute well, till the colour turns into light brown colour.

Step 6: Then add finely chopped 2 tomatoes saute them and add salt as per you are taste.

Step 7: Also add 1 chopped carrot, 1/2 chopped capsicum mixed it, and cook for 3 to 5 min in low flame.

Step 8: After it is cooked add species like 1/2 tbsp chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, and saute well and also add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce mix well and saute for a min.

Step 9: Then add boiled pasta and mix it well and also add 1/4 tbsp pepper, add a few chopped coriander leaves mix well, and turn off the flame.

Step 10: Serve hot.
