Veg Gobi 65 || Fried Cauliflower 65 || How to make crispy Gobi 65 at home

Veg Gobi 65 is a delicious crispy fried appetizer made with cauliflower, and some spices. The Gobi 65 are quite popular starters in South Indian restaurants. They originated from chicken 65. There are many varieties made like Paneer 65, aloo 65 etc. They are serve as a evening snack or starter along with other South Indian Food.

Well we all love the crispy food it weather  may be Gobi 65 or Panner 65 or momos. The crispy food only give the perfect taste of the dish. It happen many time when there is a sudden guess at home at that time  we get a bit confuse what to prepare at that time. So, at that time you can prepare Gobi 65 and serve them because what all ingredients we required all that easily available at home.

As they are many recipe which can be made very easily like crispy corns , bread pizza , kachori, Gobi 65 etc it depend on us what we serve them and what they like more. They is quote " A good food keep smile on each and everyone face.

The Veg Gobi 65 can serve with some tomato saute or with even tea or with some South Indian Food any way as you like to serve it!!




Now let's see how to make Veg Gobi 65 step by step:

Step 1: Firstly take 5 to 6 dry kashmiri red chilli, add some water and soak it for 15 to 20 min at least.

Step 2: Then take 300 gm cauliflower cut into big size.

Step 3: Then take a boil it, take the water such that you can add cauliflower to it , do it for 1 min only.

After 1 min ,do drain the cauliflower then let it cool.




Till that time 

Step 4: Take a soak red chili into the grinder and grind  and make a fine paste.

Step 5: Take a mixture bowl add 1/2 cup of cornflour, add 1/2 cup maida, add few finely chopped curry leaves ,add 1/2 tbsp of crushed black paper ,add 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, add salt as per taste and at last add red chilli paste or powder ,add little bit water and mix well.

Make a fine and smooth batter then add 1 tbsp of chat masal. 

( The consistency should not be too thick or too thin)


Step 6: Then add the cauliflower  to the batter mix gently by using the hand.

( At the time of mixing see that you mix well)



Step 7:  Take a pan add 3 tbsp of oil heat it , then start frying it in medium flame.

Do fry till color turn into light brown and it looks crispy and do the same way for rest of it.

Step 8: After that do fry some curry leaves

At last the Gobi 65 is read to serve it, but at the time of serving top add some curry leaves, it really go well .
