Palak Pakoda recipe|| How to make Palak Pakoda || Crispy Spinach Pakoda recipe

Palak Pakoda is a crispy snacks made with Spinach and some basic spices are added and some chopped onion are also added. Palak is also known as Spinach in English  but many are familiar with the name Palak it self.

Well crispy snacks are like by everyone , there are many variety of crispy snacks like Crispy Corns, Crispy veg sooji triangle etc. Palak Pakoda is also one among those but the thing is Palak Pakoda is prepaid during the Weekend or a Sunday's. 

Mostly people make Palak Pakoda when there friends and family have get-together. It can enjoy with Masala tea or with some Tomato sauce. Kid's mostly love to have but it own only because having only Palak pakoda also give the prefect taste of the dish.

Well, you can see Palak Pakoda mostly where exhibition are there because street food vender can target many people over there it self.


                         Palak Pakoda

Basic Ingredient Required:


Spinach \ Palak – 200gm

Chopped onion – 1\4 kg

Basin Flour -  250gm

Chopped green chili - 10

 

Chopped coriander leaves

 

Red chili powder - 1 TSP 

 

Turmeric powder - 1/4 TSP

 

Salt as per Taste

 


Now lets see how to make Palak Pakoda step by step:

Step 1: Take a mixture bowl add 1/4 kg chopped onion, add 1/2 TSP salt mix it!!

Step 2: Then add 200gm chopped palak ,add 250 gm basin flour, add 1/4 TSP turmeric powder, add 1 TSP Red chili powder, add 5 chopped green chili ,add few finely chopped coriander leaves, add salt as per taste mix well.

( Don't used water at the time of mixing)

Step 3: After that rest for 3 min 

Step 4: After that take a pan add 3 tbsp oil heat it then take the mixture in small quantities and drop in oil.

Step 5: keep stirring and Fry till color turn into light brown and till it look crispy.

Step 6: After that take out in a plate

Do the same process with left over mixture.
