Milk peda is also known as Doodha peda is a popular Indian sweet made with Milk, sugar and saffron and some fry fruite. Traditionally peda is amde by simmering milk for prolonged hours to obtain the evaporated milk solids known as khova, khoya or mawa. The peda is commo sweet which serve to every God during any festival.
For making peda this is very shortcut method i have shared it only 2 basic ingredient are required that is MILK and SUGAR with help of this the easy and simple Milk Peda can be prepaid during any festival or any occasion and at the time of preparing you need to see that they should not be any lumbs in the milk and Koya need to be prepaid very softly and very smoothly.
There are varieties of peda can be made by adding various dry fruits, flavouring like saffron or cardamom powder or rose water and some more ingredients like milk powder or coconut etc. But I shared very simple recipe because many don't like much ingredient too be added , it should be very simple and sweet recipe.

Well Diwali festival is coming around , in-fact look for the easy and simple recipe to be prepaid at home with less ingredients. So, keeping in this mind I have brought a very simple sweet for the Diwali festival and this Milk Peda also can be prepaid in any other festival even.
Now let's see How to make Milk Peda step by step:
Step 1: Take a big pan add 1.5 little milk ( full fat milk), do boiled for medium flame and keep mixing.
(See that it don't stick to bottom and sides)
Step 2: Do keep mixing and mixing for 45 min continues or keep mixing after 2,2 min.
Step 3: when u see it becoming thick the crash from down and keep the flame low.
If you can used non stick pan for making this sweet.
Step 4: Add 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of sugar on it mix well.
Keep mixing till it become smoth .
Step 5: At last the koya is ready, transfer to in a plate. Then cool it and when it's a warm temperatures at that time start making pada
Step 6: After that apply some ghee to hand , then take a small portion and make a small ball like a ladu and press with finger in the middle little bit.
( or can used the peda machine which is easily available in the market , that help you to make the Milk pead very easily )
Step 7: Then add on top some dry fruits and some kaser.
The milk pada is ready.
