Momos are a kind of dumpling popular in Nepal, Sikkim and Tibet and it is similar to chinese food. The momos are mostly famous in the above country but now it is famous in all around the world. In India most of the requested among Indian's is Chinese Food Recipe. Chinese Food is a kind of food which is love by everyone weather it's kids or adult. There are many chines food but Momos is one among those chines food.
Basically, Momas is a small bite sizes savory snack or a streamed dumpling filling with vegetables and some spices. You can even innovate this dish in your style by adding some soyabeans or any vegetable you like it. Having momos with chutney it's give complete taste of the food.Steamed Momos are good for health and it can be prepaid very easily with less ingredients
Now i am going to share the recipe of Veg Momos step by step:
Step 1: Take a bowl add 1.5 cup Maida, add half tbsp salt, add half cup water then knead dough
( water as per required ) kenad for 5 min ( make a soft sough ) then add half tbsp oil grease it and let it rest for 30 min.
Step 2: Take a Pan add 3 tbsp of oil, add 1 tbsp garlic paste, add 1 tbsp ginger paste, 2 finely chopped chili saute well.
Step 3: Then add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion saute well, add 1 cup carrot , add 2 cup cabbage stir fry them. ( don't over cook )
Step 4: Then add half tbsp papper,add half tbsp salt mixed it then add chopped 2 tbsp spring onion mixed it, then Momos stuffing will be ready!!
Step 5: Then after 30 min knead again the dough, then make a small ball sized, after that roll gently if want add some miada dust, roll little bit thin, then add stuffing to it.
Step 6: Then start pleating, seal tight (do for the same process for let over momos )
Step 7: Then place in steamer ( steam for 10 min ), after that veg momos are ready!
Momos Chutney :
Step 8: Take a pan add 2 cup of water , add 3 tomato , add 4 dried read chili boil for 5 min
Step 9: Then strain them and then peel the skin of boiled tomato let it cool completely.
Step 10: Then add those in mixture blender, add 4 garlic , add 1 ginger, add 5 almond ( optional ), add 1 tbsp salt, add 1 tbsp vinegar, add 1 tbsp soy sauce and add 1/4 th tbsp salt then blend it smoothly .
At last Veg Momos Chutney will be ready!!
Finally the Veg delicious Momos + chutney is ready to serve it , and enjoy it !!
