Dal Fry | How to make Dal Fry recipe

 Dal Fry is a dish which is popular in Punjab now it got famous in all country. The bhada style dal fry will be very tasty and delicious. The dal fry can be eaten with Fried rice, Plain rice, or Roti. The dal is good for your health, it's very easy in making. 

Well mostly kids don't like dal for them this recipe will be perfect for them even for elders. But most people cant cook perfect dal because the measurement of the water and dal is most important, but don't worry I will share the easy dal fry recipe which can make very easily same like bad style.

A thoughtful combination of every day in food we get a different kind of spices and the different ingredient is added to make the food tasty and delicious.

Let me share my experience, which I start making dal fry it was not that good in eating, then I asked my mom to help me out then she share the recipe with me and I again make it at that time the perfect taste and flavor I got in dal fry.

Now let see how to may Dal fry step by step

Step 1: Take a bowl add 1/4 cup Toor dal,1/4 cup Moong dal,1/2 cup Masoor dal wash all dal a few times.

Step 2:Then take a pressure cook combined all dal on it then pore enough water, add 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder then pressure cook for 5 whistles on medium flame.

Step 3:Then take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp oil, add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, add 2 red chilies, add 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida powder, add few curry leaves mixed it

Step 4: To that add 1 large chopped onion, add  2 chopped green chili fry for a few sec

Step 5: Then add a few chopped garlic, add 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger soothed them in nice in brown then add 2 tomatoes finely chopped mixed it, then add 1 /4 tbsp turmeric powder, add 2 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder, add 2 tbsp salt, add few Kasuri methi leaves mixed everything together.

Step 6: Then add cooked dal and mashed dal mixed the dal well add 1 1/2 cup water cook the dal for 15 min in medium flame.

Step 7: Then finally add 1/2 tbsp garam masala then add some coriander leaves then mixed it 

The delicious Dal fry is ready to serve it.
