In India the Chinese food means a noodles, manchurian, chilli potato!! It is also known as a fast food which is available in restaurant but basically people like to eat on rood sides van and it is also known as street food.

But it's are responsible to make a taste hakka noodles at home by adding some healthy vegetables. Making the veg hakka noodle at home is very easy, we can make same at Home in restaurant styles.
We know that vegetables is good for health so, if we all vegetables in noodles the noodles will be very tasty and it is also be good for health.
Eating the noodles there is no fixed time. It can eaten anytime or serve anytime like in snacks, lunch...
Now see how to make the Veg Hakka Noodles at home step by step.
Ingredients required:
Oil - 3tbsp
Noodles- 1pack
Chopped garlic - 1tbsp
Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
Green chillies -1
Online - 1cup
Spring onions - 1tbsp
Cabbage - 1 cup
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 2 tbs
Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper - 3/4 tbsp
Salt.
Method
Step 1:
Take a pan add 2 litter of water for boiling, then add 1tbsp oil, add 1/2 tbsp salt, noodles 1 pack. Let it cook for 6 to 8 min in low flame.
Step 2:
After that strain the water,then rinse the water to Noodle then keep a side.
Step 3:
Then take a pan add 2 tbsp oil after heating the oil add chopped ginger 1tbsp, add chopped garlic 1 tbsp, green chilli 1 chopped, spring onions 1 tbs fry for 1 sec. Then add 1 onion chopped.
Saute for 30 min.
Step 4:
Then add 1 cub chopped cabbage, chopped carrot and chopped capsicum and also add salt as per taste then cook for 3 min in High flame.
Step 5:
After that add noodles then add 1tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce and 1tbsp vinegar. Mixed well in high flam for 2 min.
Step 6:
Then add 3/4 tbsp pepper then sprinkle onion mixed well for 1min.
Now yummy veg Hakka Noodle is ready to serve it!!
