Poha

 Poha is a quick Indian breakfast and snack's made with beaten rice,spices, peanut and some onion. It is popular in Maharastrian and Rajasthan but now its became famous in many other region in India. The poha is a easy and very simple recipe to make in a short period of time.

The poha is like by every age group people and it is very healthy for our body.In poha we have Fiber , Protein etc. Poha will help to loss the weight and its keep our stomach full for a maximum log period of time.

Well when we look at Uttar pradesh and same as in Rajasthan , the Poha is eaten topped with some spicy bhujia. On the other hand Maharastrian , phona has a potato add to it and it serve with a side of some chuteny. The poha have bright yellow color. Basically poha is made different style as per they religion.

The dish is more nutritious and filling. This dish required less ingredients and can be prepare very easily. Basically having a good food is more important no matter it is for kid's or Adult's. In the morning if we have a healthy and good breakfast the whole day goes amazing, because if we stay our day by healthy  food its gives us energy and stamina to do work and for the kid's it is very important to have a healthy breakfast so, that they mind can work very fastly.
Now let me share a healthy food recipe that is POHA

Now lets see How to make Poha Step by step:

Step 1: Take a 2 cup of  poha and pore water , then strain that water ( repeat the process one more time, keep in mind that we need to wash it not sock it)
Step 2: Add 1/2 tbsp salt, add 1 tbsp  sugar mixed well ( leave for 5 min )
Step 3: Take a 1 potato chopped it , then take 1 tomato chopped it ( don't used tomato water and seeds)
Step 4: Now take the poha stir them, because it should not be sick together.
Step 5: Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and let heat the oil, after oil is heated add chopped potato cook till potato became soft and they become golden( it will be ready in 4- 5 min) then take out the potato in bowl.
Step 6: Then  take 1/4 cup peanuts and fry it ( roasted for 3 min in  low flame ), take out in a bowl
Step 7: Then add 1/2 tbsp black mustard, add 10- 12 curry leaves fry them breifly, then add chopped tomato , add 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder mixed breifly ( in you want you can also add onion ), add 2  finely chopped green chilli, add 1/4 salt mixed them.
Step 8: After it cook add poha, stie the poha with light hands.( in low flame)
Step 9:Then add potato mixed it then add 1 lemon juice, add 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves then mixed , cook for 2 to 3 min.
Step 10: After that take a bowl keep cook poha.

At last poha is ready to serve, but wile serving add crunchy peanuts and chopped onion and little amount of green coriander.
