Paneer pakora recipe - step by step
Paneer Pakora is a dish which is made with Paneer and adds some spices. In India we make many kinds of pakoras like palak pakora, onion pakora etc the paneer pakora is one among the pakoras. This pakora can have snacks, during the rainy season having tea and hot paneer pakora make us feel so relax at that time. Pakora can have during any season it not that having in raining season only.
These paneer pakoras are delicious, flavorful and addictive with all the goodness of Indian cheese in them. The Paneer pakora can make very easily at home same as restaurant-style.
The pakora is also known as pakora, bhaji, bhjiya is originated from India. This pakora is famous Indian street food, found in India.
Well, you can make Paneer pakora when suddenly guess are at home or when your kid's like to have some crispy snacks. As it doesn't require many ingredients because of that we can make it very easily any time when we like to have it.

The Paneer pakora can serve/ have green chutney or tomato sauce. It can also have with Masala tea.
Now let see how to make Paneer Pakora step by step :
Step 1: Take a bowl to add 200 gm cub side chop paneer, add onion paste ( 1 small chop onion grind it then add ), add 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste add salt 1/3 tbsp address chilli powder 1/3 tbsp, add a little bit ajwain powder, add 3 tbsp curd, add 3 tbsp besan, add 1 pin red food colour mix well ( used your hand for mixing)
( If u think any ingredients is less do add it)
Step 2: Let it rest for 15 to 20 min for getting marinating well
Step 3: Take a pan to add 3 tbsp oil heat it, then add the marinated paneer one by one then fry for 2 min on one side then turn it then again fry another side for 2 min fry till the colour turns into brown colour and it looks crispy. ( fry in medium flame)
Step 4: After that take out on a plate.
At the time of serving, serve with green chutney or tomato sauce and sprinkle some chat masala on top and sprinkle some chop coriander leaves at the time of serving !!

For making green chutney
Step 5: Take a blender jar add 1 cup coriander leaves, add 1/2 mint leaves, add 2 green chillies, add 3-4 garlic, add 1/2 inch ginger, add some cumin seeds, add 2 tbsp roasted Bengal gram, add 1/2 tbsp salt then grind it,( do not add water), add 1 tbsp lemon juice grind it again.
Step 6: Then everything is ground roughly add a little bit of water again grind it, then mix it add 1/2 cup water grind it again
At last, the perfect green chutney is ready to have with pakora !!

You may have a question that why the Bengal gram is used?
Because if we won't add the Bengal gram we will find water on top, if we used gram at the time of grinding it binds all together and make the chutney thick. That why I am using the Bengal Gram.
