Jalebi also known as jilapi, zulbia and zakabia is an Indian and Arabic sweet snack , it is popular all over south aisa and middle East. It's a dessert course which people like to have after dinner some sweet Jalebi is one of the delicious sweet.
The sweet bring back so many memories. Jalebi is really right up there as far as my food memories are concerned. Well when we have carving of sweet mostly we have Jalebi because the crispy of that sweet is delightful.
The Jalebi reminds the advertisement which used a air back in the 90s in India , and I am sure that now also little kids also like the Crips Jalebi sweet. The young people already love the delicious sweet.

Well let me share how I started loving that sweet,when I was kid my mom love the Crips Jalebi but I was wondering that was the sweet she is having it then she also gave me as well then at the first time I didn't like much . When she made at home the Crips of that sweet was so yummy from that time I started loving that sweet.
In kolkata also we will get perfect homemade Jalebi at street side .
So, let me share the homemade Crips Jalebi sweet recipe step by step
Let make Batter
Step 1: Take a bowl add 1 cup refined flour,add 1/3 tbsp baking powder then mix well.
Step 2: Then add less than 1/2 pinch red food colour to mixture as well and add water in small portion and prepaid the batter.
Remember, the lumps should dissolved completely
Step 3 : Now add grind ural dal in the batter ( soaked 1/4 cup ural dal for 2 hours and ground it finely) mix well.
The batter has pouring consistency ( not too thick or too thin in consistency ) the batter is ready!!
Now let's make sugar syrup for the Jalebi
Step 4: Take a little bit big bowl add 2 cup of sugar in the vessel, add 1.5 cup water and let the syrup simmer until the sugar dissolved then add peel 5 to 6 green cardamom powder in the syrup.
Step 5: let cook the syrup for 4 to 5 min more.
The syrup is ready add 1 tbsp lemon juice to it.
Step 6: Now take a pan heat it then add ghee for frying the jalebi.
Before frying make a cone and add inside the batter then cut the cone from down like make a small hole then start making the jalebi.
Step 7: The ghee should be heat more then start making the jalebi round and round.
I have used the dasi ghee u can even used oil or any ghee.
Step 8: Flip the side of jalebi when roasted( for flipping you can used a fork or rod), fry the jalebi till it become crispy and colour turn into golden brown.
Step 9: After it fry then soak them into a syrup.
Keep the drench in syrup for a min ,till jalebi soak in syrup. Do the similar process for let over batter.
At last the yummy delicious crispy Jalebi is ready!!
