Italian pasta in Indian style

Pasta is a dish which is liked by everyone. It's named as Italian dish or dumplings food. This pasta is good for health. When we talk about the masala pasta it is like my kid's and family.

Well for them we need to make super diligently pasta. This pasta can be served as lunch, snacks there is no fixed time for pasta,  it is one of those dishes that you can rustle up instantly.

When we talk about pasta, it is high in carbohydrates, low sodium and cholesterol.





Now let's look at how to make yummy pasta.

Prep time: 6 - 10 minutes
Cook time: 20-25minutes
Level of cooking: Moderate
Taste: yummy


Ingredients 

* Pasta (any variety) - 1.5cup
* Salt - 1tbsp
* Oil - 1tbsp
* Butter - 1tbsp
* Chopped ginger - 1tbsp
* Chopped garlic - 1tbsp
*  Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
* Tomato Puree - 1cup
* Chopped capsicum - 1/4 cup
* Chopped  carrot - 1/4 cup
* Chopped green chillies - 1tbsp
*Turmeric powder - 1tbsp
* Red chilli powder - 1tbsp
* Coriander powder - 1tbsp
* Salt to taste
* Mixed herb's and Oregon ( optional )


Method

Step 1:

Take non-stick Kadai.  Add  2 glass of water to it and let it come to it boiling position.

Step 2:

Add 1tbsp salt. Then add pasta ( spring), 1.5 cup cook, for 10 to 15min.

Step 3:

Strain pasta and keep it in a bowl. Then add 1tbsp oil, 1 tbsp butter. ( Melt the butter for 1 min)

Step 4:

Then add 1tbsp chopped garlic, 1tbsp chopped ginger. Cook for 2 min.

Step 5:

Then add chopped onion 1/4 cup. Fry till it becomes a little bit brown. Then add chopped chilli.

Step 6:

Then add chopped carrot 1/4 cup, chopped capsicum 1/4 cup, tomato puree 1cup mixed all.

Step 7:

Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder 1tbsp and salt mixed it. cook for 5 min.

Step 8: 

Add boiled pasta then sprinkle mixed herb and Oregon mixed all. 

It's finally ready and serves hotly.
