Masala paratha is a dish which is like by everyone , it is a popular spicy Indian recipe. It is very simple and easy to make it . Paratha can be eaten in breakfast, lunch as well in dinner. Each person have different way of making the paratha .


Now a days women's are also working , they need to manage the office  work as -well-as work of home , for them making  the paratha will be a easy one and also this paratha like by children's and every family members .


Well at the weekend many of you look for the new dish to prepaid , even i do it. " Eat yummy food , stay happy" , this will be only motive we need to keep and what ever dish we like to prepaid it we should do it.


So, let me also share my small experience when i am making the masala paratha for my family members. It was Sunday i am bit bore thinking what to do it, then i thought of making a paratha . I usually i make a plain paratha, even i was bore of eating same kind of paratha then i thought of making Masala paratha .After i make it, even i was glad that it was so tasty .


Guys, at last i want to say that just try this Masala partha and serve your family member. Don't worry about the share at least try to make in triangle shape.

HOW TO MAKE MASALA PARATHA

We are talking about the masala paratha so, how can i miss these such a delicious dish. These masala  paratha can be eaten by mango pickle or a curd. Anything will be okay as per your test.


Now let see how to make the Masala Paratha
  • Take a blow add 1.5 cups of wheat flour( aata) , add 1/3 tsp of salt, add 1 tsp of cooking oil mixed well, add little water and knead the flour into dough. 
  • Make a sought dough.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest for a 10 min.
  • Till that time make a masala
  • Take a small blow add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of garam masala powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala power (or may used dry mango power instead), add 1/2 of sambar masala powder, add 1/2 salt.
  • Mixed above masal's well( masala for paratha will be ready)
  • After 10 min take a dough , make a medium size dough ball.
  • Take a one dough ball make it as a triangle shape , while making the shape add the  masala
  • Then take a pan add little bit Ghee and then keep that triangle shape parata on it
  • Cock it till it turn golden brown from both the sides
  • Apply ghee or oil nicely so, that it should be in golden color.
At last, yummy Paratha is ready to eat and enjoy your day.
