Instant Poha Cutlet recipe - Step by step
Poha is one of the health dishes among the. all many people eat poha in the diet because it plays an important role in weight loss. With help of Poha, we can make many healthy dishes and also crispy snakes. As this is monsoon season, the weather looks amazing and it will be craving to have some crispy dish.
Today I am going to share the recipe of Poha Cutlet which is very crispy and very simple in making. With help of poha we can make many varieties of dishes like normal poha, poha Pokora,poha cutlet etc. Each people make a differently different dish of posh.
About recipe:
Posha cutlet is made with normal posha in this only basic ingredients are added. I have used poha and boiled potatoes to give a smooth texture. The species I used of Everest spices. Which gives a very good taste of food and smells really good. The oil used is Safola Gold because this oil is good for our health as well as for the hearts.
At the time of making tiki, you can also add you are favorite veggies. If you are adding veggies then the veggie needs to be grated and needs to mix well. At the time of preparing the dish, I have used the Rice Flour intent of Corn Flour. If you want you can use cornflour as well. The Rice Flour will also get easily nearby grocery shops. To have a smooth base that is a reason I have used rice flour.
You can prepaid Poha Cutlet any time whenever you want to eat. Especially during the rainy season the crispy poha cutlet and masala tea. The combination of both is amazing it gives a delicious taste and our mood will be amazing as "GOOD FOOD GOOD MOOD".

Ingredients required:
- 1 cup poha
- 3 boiled potato
- salt
- oil
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 chopped onion
- green peas
- 1/4 cup capsicum
- 2 green chili
- 1/2 red chili
- 1/2 chopped garlic
- coriander leaves
How I make poha cutlet at home recipe step by step
Step 1: First take 1 cup of the poha, add water and wash it for 2 to 3 time
Step 2: Now add wash pour into a bowl and mash well
(See that the poha should not be much dry or much soggy)
Step 3: At the time of mashing add 3 boiled potatoes and mash well
Step 4: Also add 1/4 cup of chopped onion, few boiled Green peas, add 1/4 cup capsicum, add 2 green chilies, and 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic.
Step 5: Also add 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, add 1/2 tbsp dry mango powder, add 1/2 tbsp red chili powder and add salt as per tastes.
Mix all the ingredients well
Step 6: Then add chopped coriander leaves, add 2 tbsp rice flour and mix it well.
(Tiki dough is ready)
Step 7: Now take a small dough of tiki and make a flat round shape and adjust from 4 sides
(take 2 tbsp cornflour to add a bit of water mix it and take 1 cup of breadcrumbs)
First, dip the tiki into cornflour water then again roll into breadcrumbs and place it on a plate.
(Do the same process for leftover dough)
Step 8: Now take a pan add 3 to 4 tbsp oil heat it and add the tiki for frying.
(Fry both the side in low medium flame till it looks golden brown color and crispy)
In the end, the crispy poha cutlet is ready to serve!!
