Boiled egg rice recipe - step by step
Boiled egg rice is also known as Egg fried rice it's made uniquely. The boiled eggs are good for healths, each and every people try to add boiled egg in the diet because in boiled we know that it contains protein, fiber and have vitamin A & vitamin D. They are 2 types of eggs are available in the market. Which mostly people buy.
1st one which we get is brown eggs that only for boiling and that egg is contained in the diet. 2nd one is a white color egg that is used for both boiling and frying. If you are using eggs for cooking fried rice or egg curry then used normal white color egg only and that egg we will get near the grocery store or in any supermarket.
The boiled egg rice is a fav of the teenage group they like to have after college or during lunchtime and people who work as employe over they also many Telangana and AP people like to prefer Egg rice only. It keeps our stomach full and gives us the energy to work.
The egg rice is the ultimate meal itself, you can enjoy it like that only if you want you can serve it with salan or mango pickle or salad even. You can make this dish when they are guest are at home or on Sundays or anytime you like to have it.
About the recipe:
Boiled egg rice is a unique rice dish. which anyone can make easily at home and can be packed if you are visiting some small place and distance covered very shortly. For making boiled egg rice I have used Basmati rice, which I have a soak in water for 1 hour then prepaid normal stream rice then let it cool at room temperature then I have used that rice at the time of making.
If you have leftover plain rice you can even use that for making egg rice and I have used some common spices and also Maggi masala. The Maggie masala gives a delicious flavor to the dish and at the time of making egg rice, I have used boiled egg instant of fried egg because boiled is more healthy than omlet egg.

Boiled Egg Rice

Ingredients required:
- Oil
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 black pepper
- 1/4 red chili powder
- salt
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 cups cook basmati rice
- spring onion
- 1 chopped spring onion
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 Maggi masala
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
Now let's see How I make the Boiled Egg Rice step by step:
Step 1: Firstly, take a pan to add 1 tbsp oil
Step 2: To that add 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, add 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder,1/4 tbsp black pepper, add 1/4 tbsp red chili powder, add salt as per taste saute once
( fry the spices well)
Step 3: Then add boiled eggs slices and fry in low flames and till egg yellow absorbs spices and till eggs turn slightly crisp.
( The boiled eggs will be ready)
Step 4: Now take a pan to add 2 tbsp oil, add 1 chopped green chilies, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, add 1 tbsp chopped ginger, add 1 medium size chopped onion now fry well
(fry in high flame)
Step 5: Then add 2 cups cooked basmati rice toss well, add 1 package Maggi masala mix well.
Step 6: To that add 1 tbsp soy sauce mix it, then add cook eggs then check salt if required add it.
( Toss on high flame and cook till smell comes and sprinkle some spring onions)
At last Boiled Eggs Rice is ready to serve it !!
