Chicken Noodles recipe - step by step
Chicken Noodles is one of the fav dishes of non-vegetarian people. Noodles are mostly fav of all age groups but especially the teenagers.
Those teenagers love to have noodle after college hours. And those street food is loved and fav. You can make the same street noodle at home with the same taste.
Well, Noodle is the common dish which is prepared mostly everyone on their occasion like a birthday party, Anniversary etc.
I have also shared the veg recipe for noodles. The person who doesn't love to have veg noodles can have Chicken noodles.
Making these chicken noodles is easy. In veg, noodle veggies are added in the same way in chicken noodles also some veggies are added as well as the chicken.
I make this recipe when my friends are at home for a small get together party. I serve them with Manchurian or with tomatoes sauce.
About the recipe:
Chicken noodles are made with fried chicken and added by common veggie. In these chicken noodles, I have also added scrambled eggs for a taste.
At the time of making chicken noodles used born less chicken and fried those chicken well. I also used commonly chopped veggies like carrots, Ben's and cabbage. If you want you can add capsicum or any kind of veggies you like.
But before making the noodles fried chicken and egg then after frying the veggies add those and some spices and noodles.
You can serve this recipe during snacks or breakfast time with tomato sauce or with Manchurian.
Chicken Noodle |
Ingredients required:
- 2-litre water
- Oil
- One packet Noodles
- 250-gram chicken
- 3/4 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 chopped carrot
- 4 chopped beans
- 1/2 tbsp cabbage
- 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- Salt as per taste
Now, let's see How to make Chicken noodles step by step:
Step 1: Take a pan to add 2 litres of water, add 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp oil and noodles one pack.
(Cook 7 to 8 min in medium flame)
Step 2: After that drain water and rinse in water and keep it aside.
Step 3: Now take a boneless chicken 250 grams, add 1 1/2 tbsp spoon, add 3/4 tbsp chilli powder, add 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp soya sauce mix all well.
Step 4: Take a pan to add 4 tbsp oil heat it.
Step 5: Then add those chicken and deep fry till golden brown.
(Keep aside)
Step 6: Now take a pan add 1 tbsp oil add 3 eggs and sprinkle some salt and scramble well and stir it and cook well.
(Keep aside)
Step 7: Take another pan to add 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp chopped garlic stir it, add 1/2 chopped onion saute for 30 min.
Step 8: Then add 1 chopped carrot, 4 chopped beans, 1/2 chopped cabbage and add salt as per taste.
(Cook for 3 min in high flame)
Step 9: After 3 min adds scrambled eggs, add fried chicken, add noodles, add 1 tbsp soya sauce, add 2 tbsp red chilli sauce, add 1 tbsp tomato sauce, add 1/2 tbsp vinegar, add 1️/2 tbsp pepper and add some spring onion.
( mix well and cook in high flame for 2 min)
