Veg spring roll is popular snack that served in INDO CHINES restaurant. These are the perfect tea snack or weekend dish. In india most of the people enjoy with masal tea. Even kid's love this as a snack with tomato sauce or a green chutney.
When guess are at home you can make a spring roll and you can serve as snack dish. This dish love by everyone. If kid's don't like to eat vegetables at that time we can make this vegetables spring roll in that roll you can make the stuffing of vegetables and can ge in lunch box.
Spring roll can be make very easily at home and the ingredients are also easily available at home.
Now let's see how to make veg spring roll Step by step:
Step 1: Take a bowl add 1.5 cup maida,add 1 tbsp oil,add 1 tbsp salt knead it by adding little little water and make a soft dough.
After dough is soft grease the dough with little oil then cove it and let it rest for 15-20 min
Step 2: After 20 min divided the dough into equal balls.
Step 3: Take a one dough ball dust with some dry flour and roll it, roll it in medium size chapati.
Similarly prepare all.
Step 4: Take a chapati apply oil 1 side then place a another chapati over it ,then again apply oil one side and placed a 3rd chapati on it,then again apply a oil then place 4th chapati on it .
Dust with some dry flour both the side and roll it gently in thin disc. Similarly prepare all.
Step 5: Take a tawa transfer to it flip and cook both side in medium flame.
(Don't cook chapati too much)
Step 6: Then after cooking carefully remote the sheet from chapati.
For stuffing
Step 7: Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it then add 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds,add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste saute it
Step 8: Then add 1 cup finely chopped onion saute it till color turn into brown color,then add 1 cup chopped cabbage,add 1 cup chopped carrot,add 1 cup chopped french beans, add chopped green chilli mix well.
Step 9: Then add salt as per taste, then add 1/2 tbsp black papper powder,add 1 tbsp soy sauce, add 1 tbsp vinegar mix well, then add paneer cubes mix well cook for 5 min.
Then sufferings is ready!!
Step 10: Take a 2 tbsp maida,then add water and make a smooth batter.
Step 11: Take a spring roll sheet, then put the filling then roll and seal,at the time of rolling apply the batter on sides.
Do roll from four side.even do the same process for let over.
