Pav Bhaji

 Pav Bhaji is a Maharashtra dish which is famous is in Maharashtra but now it have got famous all around the world. In that bhaji which play an important role. The pav bhaji dish which is like by all age groups. The dish is too delicious. For having this dish there is no Pacific time, it can have as snack, breakfast, lunch sometime as in dinner.

Pav Bhaji dish is even serve in special occasion. The pav bhaji is also considered in fast food. The dish originated in 1850 as a fast lunchtime dish for textile mill worker in Mumbai.As bhaji play an important role because it give complete flavour of the dish. The bhaji is  made of potatoes, cauliflower,capsicum,green chilli and some spices. We can make pav bhaji at home like a restaurant style.

Well let see how to make Pav Bhaji recipe step by step,preparing this recipe is quit simple and it is prepaid very easily like a restaurant style.

For making Bhaji

Step 1: Take a cooker add chopped potato 2 cup ( half kg potato ),add chopped 250 gm chopped cauliflower, add 250 gm of capsicum,add 250 gm chopped cabbage, add 3 chopped green chilli then add 1 1/2 cup water to it.let it boiled in cooker ( 3 whistle).

Step 2: strain the water( dont't throw the strain water )

Step 3:Then mashed all boiled vegetables.

For Tarka

Step 4: Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil heat it , then add 1/2 tbsp cardamon seeds, add 1/2 ginger, add 5 to 7 curry leaves mixed all, add turmaric powder 1/2 tbsp mixed it.

Step 5:Then add mashed vegetable on the top of tarka,then add 1/2 cup green peas mixed it well cooker for few min.

Step 6: Take a fresh pan add butter 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp oil , then add ginger and garlic paste 1/2 tbsp, add little chopped onion mixed it, add little chopped tomato cook it, then add 1 tbsp red chilli powder,add 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala mixed all,then add strain water little bit.

Step 7: Then add on it the 2 tbsp curry which was make before ( Step 5 ) mixed well for 2 min, then add again little with water, add fenugreek seeds crusted 1/4 tbsp mixed it, then mashed all in the pan itself,add salt as per the taste, add red food color 1 pinch mixed it, add 1 tbsp butter and few coriander leaves cook for 1 min.

The bhaji is ready now,

Step 8: Take a pan add 1 tbsp butter , add few coriander leaves then roast the pav slightly.

The pav will be ready and even the bhaji, altogether Pav Bhaji is ready to serve it.

For serving add chopped onion, 1/2 lemon then add Pav+Bhaji add chopped cucumber if want u can even serve tomato sauce also.The dish is easy to make it in a less time.
