I have already shared the recipe of Rasgulla, Malpua and Gulab Jamun now I am going to share the recipe of Rash Bora.
About recipe:
Rash Bora is made with urad ki dal. In this first, you need to soak the dal overnight, strain the water and grind it. The dal past should be very soft. Because the soft grind it at the time of making batter it will be helpful.
After that when you transfer the paste to a bowl at that time using your hand make a smooth batter because in this Rash Bora the batter plays an important role. The batter should be perfect.
How to know whether the consistency of the batter is perfectly not??
The thing you need to do is, take a bowl of normal water. Make a small ball and dip it. You will see that the ball will flow on top of water only. That means the batter consistency is perfect. If the balls go inside the water that means you need to mixed more.
This is a small trick you can use at the time of making the Rash Bora. Well, at the time of frying the ball you need to immediately transfer to the sugar syrup.
You need to make small balls because at the time of transferring the balls into sugar syrup the ball size will increase.
For making the sugar syrup I have used jaggery instead of sugar because it's taste delicious. If you want you can also use sugar.
Well, You can even serve the fried ball with tomatoes sauce and homemade pudina chutney to you are kids. I am sure you are kids will going to enjoy it.
